Kim Kardashian slammed for ‘dangerous’ photo of North West holding threatening weapon

Kim Kardashian has come under fire from fans after letting daughter North West pose with a samurai sword alongside her friend and Selena Gomez’s sister Gracie Elliott Teefey.

Kim shared an image of the pair to her Instagram page where they were brandishing the swords as they posed for the camera. Dressed in a large grey robe-style over-shirt with a white dragon emblem to the chest, North wore a grey t-shirt dress underneath and paired her outfit with chunky boots wearing her hair slicked back with strands loose to frame her face.

North threw a peace sign as she posed for the camera beside her young friend. Gracie also echoed North’s style for their outing wearing a long sleeved black t-shirt dress and chunky zip-up boots. She wore her glossy brown hair down and added bold hot pink streaks to it.

A second photo of the pair saw them pouting into the camera clutching handbags as they playfully posed for Kim. Fans of Kim rushed to the comments section on the post to heap praise on the two youngsters for their stylish look.

Kim captioned the post: “Samurai Sisters,” alongside a series of ninja themed emojis. However, some fans were more concerned with why the girls had been allowed to pose with the “dangerous” looking weapons. They questioned Kim for her judgement on facilitating such a pose.

One concerned follower wrote: “The girls look cute but those swords are giving me anxiety, why are they holding dangerous weapons like they’re toys?” A second added: “What is Kim thinking letting kids play around with samurai swords for a photo?”

A third said: “Glorifying weapons shouldn’t be on your agenda Kim, don’t let kids play around with this stuff it’s not right.” A fourth social media user noted: “I get they’re just having a bit of fun but no child should be playing with swords for photos to get likes on Insta. It’s hella dangerous and making me feel uncomfortable seeing it.”

A fifth concerned fan pleaded: “Kim please think before you let your child pose like this it’s so inappropriate and nobody wants to see it to be honest.” However, many other fans simply payed compliments to the two girls and weren’t bothered by the use of the swords in the images.
