Model and influencer Mikaela Testa was heading to the US for Coachella festival when she claims she was detained, strip-searched and deported back home to Australia

An Australian influencer opened up about her “traumatising” experience with US customs after she claims her visa was “revoked”.

Model Mikaela Testa was held in a border force room for two days in the US before being booted back to Sydney, Australia.

The 23-year-old posted about the incident several weeks ago, but speaking on the White Fox After Hours podcast, she revealed new terrifying details.

Mikaela claims that while travelling to the US solo for Coachella, which is held in April, she was apparently arrested and deported.

She claims the customs officers escorted her to an office to grill her about why she had flown to the US.

Mikaela claims she was then strip-searched and forced to stand against a wall, squat and cough to check she wasn’t smuggling any illegal goods.

The adult star claims was then held in a detention centre for two days before being put on a plane back to Australia.

Speaking on the podcast, which aired on June 6, she said: “I get on my flight, I get to the airport and she [her PA] is texting me and I’m like ‘I’m about to go through customs’ yadda yadda.

“They [customs officers] pull me into this office and they’re questioning me, and they know everything about me. Every little thing I’ve posted, everything.

“And then they take me to jail they strip-search me, take all my jewellery. I don’t even know if I want to say this but they stripped me down, made me stand against a wall, squat down and cough.

“I’m not kidding. I think it is just standard procedure, I understand the reason they have to do this to keep people safe but I’m like ‘I’m a 23-year-old girl, I’m going to Coachella, what? Just let me in’.”

She claims she broke down crying during the alleged incident once she realised there was no hope of getting out.

“They put me in this room which is basically just a bunch of beds,” she added.

“There were people who had been there for three days, it looks like a prison. It was a prison.”

She continued: “I was just crying, you can’t do anything, you can’t contact anyone, can’t call anyone. I was there for two days.”

She claims that attempting to fix her visa is still in the works and for now, she can’t return to the US.

Back in 2022, the model also claimed she and her friend were detained at LAX airport because it was suspected they were “strippers or escorts” going to work in the US.

In a video posted at the time, Mikaela said: “Okay, so we got to the LAX airport. I made sure I looked really, really ratchet and bad because I know that the US Customs are really strict

“Trinity, with her beautiful eyelash extensions and big, fat juicy lips, pulls up looking H๏τ to the US Customs and I knew. I knew but I didn’t say anything.

“The US Customs guy goes, ‘Is this your first time in LA?’ She’s like, ‘yeah’. ‘Do you have a return flight?’ ‘No’.”
