Allen’s upcoming project features an ensemble cast mixing Hollywood veterans and young superstars, including Liev Schreiber, Kelly Rohrbach, Diego Luna, Annaleigh Ashford, Cherry Jones, Will Rogers and Rebecca Hall.

The plot of the film has not been released, but it will mark Woody’s third movie with Amazon Studios.

Last month, Selena revealed she had undergone a kidney transplant over the summer in a moving Instagram post. The slideshow, which received more than 9 million likes, showed the artist holding hands with her best friend and kidney donor Francia Raisa.

Selena said: ‘So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health.’

The brave star thanked her doctors, her family and her friends in the heartfelt note.
